Meet Marcia:

Hi, I’m Marcia, a dedicated yoga teacher with over 20 years of yoga practice. I offer in-person classes in Deepcar and Stannington areas as well as convenient online sessions for all levels.

At 49, I’m not just a yoga instructor—I’m also a mum, outdoor enthusiast, and passionate advocate for overall well-being. My yoga style blends practical movement with mindful breathing, helping you build strength, flexibility, and balance at your own pace.

When I’m not teaching yoga, you’ll find me exploring the beautiful outdoors, hiking with my dog, enjoying wild swimming, or running. I’m also an assistant Scout Leader and love cooking healthy meals, reading, and spending quality time with my family.

My own yoga journey began as a way to improve my physical and mental health, and it’s become a lifelong passion. Now, I’m dedicated to sharing the benefits of yoga with others, helping you stay strong, active, and resilient—no matter your age or fitness level.

In my classes, whether in person or online, I focus on synchronizing breath with movement to promote both physical fitness and mental relaxation. Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or completely new to yoga, I aim to create a welcoming space where you can build strength, improve flexibility, and find peace of mind.
