What to Bring
If you have your own mat and props, please bring them along. If not, don’t worry, I have spares
For added comfort, you may wish to bringing a water bottle and blanket, pillow for relaxation at the end of class.

Viniyoga for Health & Wellbeing – Yoga Class for All Levels
Our Viniyoga for Health & Wellbeing class offers a personalized and adaptable approach to yoga, perfect for enhancing both your physical and mental health. In this 75-minute session, you’ll explore movements combined with mindful breathwork, designed to meet your individual needs and abilities.
Each class begins with breath awareness to help you connect with your body and set the tone for your practice. From there, you’ll be guided through carefully chosen yoga postures (asanas), tailored to improve your strength, flexibility, and overall comfort. Modifications are provided, making this class accessible for all levels, whether you’re a beginner or experienced.
This class focuses on mindful movement, encouraging you to practice at your own pace, fostering both physical relaxation and mental clarity. The session ends with a deeply restorative relaxation period, helping you leave feeling calm and refreshed.

Yoga Nidra – Deep Rest and Relaxation
Experience profound rest with our 45-minute Yoga Nidra class, a guided relaxation practice designed to restore your body, calm your mind, and leave you feeling deeply refreshed.
In this class, you’ll lie comfortably as you’re guided through a systematic relaxation technique. Using gentle breath awareness, body scanning, and visualization, Yoga Nidra helps release tension, reduce stress, and promote a sense of inner peace.

A thin pillow and warm blanket are ideal to allow yourself to unwind completely.
What you need to know about our live online & In person Yoga classes
Our 75 minute yoga classes cost £42 for 6 classes to use during our fixed date term.
You can mix and match classes during the term.
The price is per person and for classes from our online & in-person weekly group timetable only (excludes classes from our monthly membership, short courses, workshops etc).
Classes are non-transferable and non-refundable in any circumstances.
*All term class packs also include unlimited access to our Deepcar members’ area video vault. We aim add at least one new class recording to this area each week.
